Timely Teeth

“Teething” is yet another learning process and growing pain. I’ve been pretty sure Janna’s first tooth would pop out at any moment for the last 5 months. Especially, considering that many friends with babies of the same or close age had early bloomers (around 4 months). Well, I suppose that on many of Janna’s fussier days those pearly whites were working their way up, but Janna had something special in mind for her first tooth. I think she decided that she wanted to give her Daddy a present for his 30th birthday, which happens to be the day that her first tooth broke through the gum (Oct. 2). I must say that it was a little rewarding to see some results after all these months, and Janna has made it worth our while by presenting us with another tooth this past Saturday!
