Well, I never thought I'd use a cell phone to coax my daughter into walking, but glowing modern technical devices are so pretty. :) Janna took her first independent steps on Dec. 14th (about 4). Uncle Jason stood her up, I held the cell phone, and she made her way to me.
She has since been practicing without the enticements of glowing light. I believe she thinks it's a fun game now. Here's a little clip of Janna in action.
