Hal10ween

A little crazy to think that Janna just experienced her 2nd Halloween! I'd say this year was a bit more fun since she's more independent. I suppose next year will be different too since she'll understand even a little more. Anyhow, we had two events this year: our annual Sunday School costume party and, of course, trick-or-treating. Saturday night was the costume party. Kids AND adults dress up, and there are usually a handful that don't. We get together and chow down on some delicious food, play some games, eat a little candy, and enjoy fellowship.
Sunday evening we put Janna back in her costume and loaded in the car. Neighborhoods are a bit different in Quincy. They aren't the typical layout as Eddy and I were used to growing up. More like blocks with houses. So most people pick a less busy area, or a "typical" neighborhood (there are a few), drive to it, park, and walk with their kids. Janna hadn't been feeling the best so we just house hopped in the car to a few friends' homes. They were more than happy to fill Janna's pumpkin with goodies.
Cutest Bumblebee!

All the gals!

All the guys.

Heading out to trick-or-treat.

What happens when guys come up with last minute games for church Halloween costume parties.
