Photography

As a young girl, I remember my dad giving me a lesson in photograpy. I don't remember much from that day, but it certainly sparked my interest. Snapping shots of nature and people has since been a pass-time I enjoy, but not of a professional pursuit. Advancements in digital photography have since made it easier for the "average Joe" to meddle in the world of professional photography. I don't suppose there's anyone who wouldn't mind making a bit of spare change on the side if they have any interest in working a camera. Anyway, while professional photography may be a pipe dream, I have wanted to dabble more with my own photos and find some decent editing software to spruce them up. I'm not ready to commit to any big bucks software (like Aperture) just yet. However, google search engine has aided me in my search for a place to start. Below is a test run.
[I posted this on Janna's blog because the picture is of her. :)]

That is beautiful. What did you use? I LOVE Picnik.com. The free version is good, but if you buy the premium one it's only about $2 a month. Good deal!
