Easter

I know this post is a bit “behind the times,” but none-the-less I’m getting the info on here. :)

This year we had the privilege of having my parents up for Easter weekend. Honestly, our schedules were rather busy with all the church activities going on, but we were still thrilled to be able to spend time with them, and of course it was helpful that they took care of Janna a good bit for us! We basically just relaxed around our place throughout the weekend. Sunday was, of course, a big day. We had three services at church, and then drove to Charlyn’s parents house to share a meal and have an Easter egg hunt for Janna and Devon (Jason and Charlyn’s nephew). Janna thoroughly enjoyed her first adventure egg hunting. When we got home Gigi and Granddaddy had an Easter basket for her filled with fun things like bubbles, peeps, and flower seeds (which Janna and I planted on Mother’s Day).
